i am definitely sure this resembles a famous painting. as seen as my knowledge of paintings and painters is not as vast as i hoped/wished i cannot tell what.
the blurred shape figure seen here looks very graceful. bathed in light, it contrasts powerfully. not as contre-jour as one might hoped - not me - but just on the edge of it.
waiting for someone, sits lightly, leaving a small and undefined shadow, much brighter and diffuse. the huge amount of white seems powerless against the force of the silhouette's expression and pose.
a very abstract and minimalist shot - close to perfection.

Yes. The difficult part is to have the right light, which happens here during winter, because you want to have the sun low on the horizon, but not too low.
well....it is winter...so, I hope to see some more of them in your gallery.
