The right decision

The composition here adds a level of meaning to the picture. It reminds me that sometimes a certain course of action may seem to be the obvious choice on the surface, but that it's necessary to look deeper.
I think it would better serve the concept to have the model standing, rather than lying down. In a standing position, he would look more active. You could even have him tentatively taking a step toward one of the arrows, or even just pondering them. However, the position he's in right now looks rather helpless, like he won't or can't make the decision.
