And Carlos is the store at the background.

Nice work.

Thanks, Luis.

It's ok, I just thought it was funny that some seem to had thought that Carlos was actually her.

You're welcome.

Nice - a cool character to catch riding her bike. And I like how all the little traces of red - lipstick, hairband, do not enter signs, helmet, book, stop light - pop out.

Yes, that red lipstick was as red as this, I didn't try to enhance the colors.

Spike heel shoes never seem very practical for walking - they do, however, appear quite useful at keeping your feet from slipping off the pedals.... maybe they would be more aptly named, "spoke heels". What, no earrings? Rare capture JD,

While Lyon is reasonably full of bicycles, I had to go to Paris to find such a look! Do you think I should try these "spoke heels" to be more efficient on the pedals??

I am sure this fashion trend will in time be spreading south... You may wish to give these "spoke heel pedal pumps" a try and see if they improve your time,... just be sure to remove them prior to the running and swimming portion of the Triathlon.

Yes, I agree that for the running part, it won't outperform the current state of the art!

Celle la est de Paris. Les Lady Gagas sont des grandes stars, elles ne vont pas dans les petites villes.

:sherlock: So, that's where he is!

Most Dutch women would only pay that much attention to their looks if they go to some posh cocktail party, and even then they'd probably get one or two details completely wrong. :(

I would guess that it is very trendy to ride your bike to a party these days in Paris - but I am not from Paris, I am years behind in my remote region. Too bad the contrast is too strong on the scene, I am trying to find also a wrong detail, but I am sure we could find one.

Last time I was in Paris, there were a lot of bikes, especially the hired ones. If you can survive the traffic, they're ideal, as Paris is often too large too walk (I think).

I agree. They have also dedicated lanes now, so it is not as dangerous as it used to be. I am a big fan of bicycle in cities, it is the fastest way most of the time.

Everytime I walk, I realize that people who are used to it walk faster than I do. I guess I would get used to it and would be faster eventually.

Um, that's the way it works. In university, on a week's excursion we were guided by a retired female professor, a kind little old lady who had commuted (walk, train, walk) to her work every day all her life. As people with longer and younger legs, we had at times trouble to keep up with her. :)
